PIK Group establishes Parametr brand for commercial realty

MOSCOW, Jun 28 (PRIME) -- Russian real estate developer PIK Group has established a separate brand Parametr for commercial realty projects, including industrial and logistic realty projects implemented since 2021, the company said on Wednesday.

“Parametr is a full-cycle developer already implementing two projects in the region of Moscow – the Butovo and the Senkino industrial parks. The third project of Parametr will become the Skolkovo industrial park with a total area of 300,000 square meters, located at the Kievskoye highway 15 kilometers away from the Moscow Ring Road,” the company said.
